Who operates this website
ORQANTA is an independent software product brand operated by Khaled Mahmoud Bani Issmaeel in Jordan. Khaled Mahmoud Bani Issmaeel is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy-related inquiries can be sent to khaled@orqantaitsm.com.
Information you provide
The Request a Demo form collects the information you enter: name, company, work email, role, interest and message. All six fields are required. The website also uses an empty anti-spam field and a unique submission identifier to help reject automated or duplicate submissions.
How the information is used
The information is used to review your request, understand the context of your interest in ORQANTA and respond using the work email you provide. It is not used by the current website implementation to create a visitor account or to subscribe you automatically to a marketing list.
How a demo request is processed
When you submit the form, the browser sends the information to the ORQANTA website at /api/demo-request. The server validates the fields, checks that the request came from the same website and applies basic rate limiting. It then uses Resend, an email delivery service, to deliver the request to khaled@orqantaitsm.com. The form's email-service credential remains on the server and is not included in frontend code.
The endpoint may use the connecting IP address temporarily to apply rate limiting. The website code does not write that address into the demo-request email.
Retention
The current website implementation does not define or publish a fixed retention period for demo requests. A submitted request is delivered as email and may remain in the receiving mailbox and the delivery provider's systems according to their operational settings. No specific deletion timeline is promised on this website.
Your choices
You do not need to use the form to browse the public website or download the published resources. You may contact khaled@orqantaitsm.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. Any request will be assessed using the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant submission.
